    Norman Regional Health System is a leading healthcare provider offering high-quality patient care services. We are seeking skilled Critical Care Nurse Specialists to join our Intermediate Care team.

    Job Summary:

    As a Critical Care Nurse Specialist, you will provide critical care to patients with complex medical conditions, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement patient care, ensuring optimal outcomes and safety.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assess patients' health needs and develop individualized care plans
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
    • Provide critical care interventions to achieve desired outcomes

    Requirements:

    • Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • $46 per hour based on previous experience
    • Shift differentials available: $50/hr for evenings, $3.00/hr for overnights, and $3.00/hr for weekends

    Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
