- Review of third party building and facility condition assessments.
- Capital projects management.
- Code and Accessibility analysis.
- Review and generation of Facility Code Indices.
- Analysis of cost models.
- Analysis of design alternatives.
- Coordinate work with engineers of other disciplines and architects.
- 10%-15% travel time with trip durations of 1 to 2 weeks, including international travel
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture.
- US Citizenship.
- TS security clearance
- 5 years of experience in building design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit
- Registered Architect (RA)certification
- Experience working with federal clients
