    1. Provide teaching, monitoring, and recovery-oriented supports in accordance with OMH standards.
    2. Ensure comprehensive planning in a person-centered approach for admission, ongoing recovery services, and discharge.
    3. Maintain accurate records of resident behaviors and progress.
