    Description
    The Clinical Transformation department focuses on the advancement of Gillette's clinical model through clinical practice excellence.

    This includes, but is not limited to, overseeing the translation, implementation, analysis, and dissemination of both existing evidence and new knowledge into clinical practice.

    The Program Coordinator for Cerebral Palsy works as a cooperative member of the Clinical Transformation team, responsible for supporting the program management and priorities of the Cerebral Palsy Institute.

    This role requires expertise in literature synthesis, data analysis, dissemination, quality improvement, and project management.

    This position is a hybrid role, requiring 1-day onsite per week, and flexibility to work onsite as needed is required.

    The office location is downtown St. Paul, MN. Relocation to the area would be required if the selected candidate resides outside of driving distance upon hire.
    Compensation & BenefitsThe annual salary range for this opportunity is $88,462/annually to $132,704/annually, with a median salary of $110,583/annually. Pay is dependent on several factors including relevant work experience and internal equity. Salary is just one component of the compensation package for employees.

    Primary Job ResponsibilitiesInstitute Program AdministrationTakes direction from dyad Cerebral Palsy Institute (CPI) leadership to support CPI program management.

    Collaborates with Clinical Transformation Specialists, CPI committee Chairs, providers, and other services to execute priorities in research, knowledge translation, and care delivery for the Cerebral Palsy Institute.

    This includes, but is not limited to, the implementation of evidence-based care pathways for cerebral palsy patients and their families.

    Collaborates with the Clinical Scientist for CPI and organizational key stakeholders to collect, summarize, and report CPI metrics.
    Provides status updates/reports and manages CPI activities. Responsible for compiling and reporting CPI initiative activity to Performance team and providing input and problem solving when needed.
    Organizes and facilitates CPI related meetings.
    Knowledge TranslationContributes to knowledge translation planning, helps determine feasibility, and coordinates approval processes among key stakeholders. Recommends and implements initiative amendments as needed.
    Participates in the development of program evaluations.
    DataContributes to the development of key performance metrics and CPI dashboard.
    Participates in analyzing data and identifying opportunities for improvement.
    Active EngagementCollaborates with the CPI dyad leadership and Performance teams to ensure coordination of efforts.
    Is actively involved in committees and meetings related to CPI initiatives.
    Participates in marketing related activities for the CPI (e.g., conference presentations, publications).


    Qualifications:


    RequiredBachelor's degree in health science or related fieldExperience with review and synthesis of clinical literatureProficiency in use of all Microsoft products such as Excel, PowerPoint, and WordWillingness to participate in education related to evidenced-based practice and implementation scienceKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesClinical knowledge and ability to support the implementation of evidence-based processes and practice changesAbility to track, analyze, and implement changes based on clinical data.
