Cleaning and managing Quick books expert

Job description
6 + years of experience who can clean up the books, and keeping them on track each month to reconcile all bank and credit-card transactions, categories every expense accurately, and flag anything that looks out of place so I can address it quickly.
All source documents (bank statements, receipts, invoices) will already be uploaded to QuickBooks; you simply pick up from there, match entries, and ensure the balances tie out.
Deliverables each month:
- Complete bank and card reconciliation to zero variance
- Fully categorized expenses, matched to uploaded receipts
- Updated Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports saved to the "Monthly Close" folder
- Brief summary of any uncategorized items or discrepancies that require my input
If you also keep an eye toward future tax preparation, even better—accurate coding up front saves us both headaches later.
If things go well, I would like to make this a long term to perm position.
