    About the roleThe Procurement Coordinator will work directly with our hardware team on the International/Domestic purchasing, buildout, testing, maintenance, and improving our utilization rate of the fleet.

    You will work directly with our hardware engineers, operators, and safety drivers across our offices.


    At Applied Intuition, you will:


    Manage an inventory system for all vehicle components and lab suppliesVerify build of material 'BOM' accuracy to make sure all information has been imported properlyWork with DRI/Responsible Engineers on IQC of incoming inventory componentsPrepare and raise purchase orders and order schedulesPurchasing of goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targetsAct as an interface between suppliers and other relevant departments on purchasing processes and new projects and activitiesNegotiate contracts, improve prices and terms of business with suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings utilizing negotiation and procurement best practice tools and methodsBuild, maintain and manage supplier relationshipsConduct research for new components and suppliersCompile data relating to supplier performance to enable evaluationWork with finance to set up ERP, manage purchase order, and payments with suppliersSupport finance department on asset management of all hardware valued at 3k and aboveBuild, maintain and manage supplier relationships along with assessment and evaluation to contribute to performance reviews to ensure contract complianceContact suppliers to resolve price, quality, delivery or invoice issuesReceive goods and services along with verification against purchase ordersConduct shipping and receiving tasks on a daily basis from local shipment to internationalWork closely with shop managers to identify needs from facilitiesWe're looking for someone who has:Ability to communicate and comprehend safety-critical information in English reading, writing, and speakingAbility carry 50lbs, bend, kneel, twist, squat, stand, and climb as required to store, organize, inventory vehicle hardwareNice to have:Experience within the Autonomous Vehicle Industry and components such as Lidars, radars, computes etcExperience within the automotive industry purchasing automotive parts, custom machined parts from domestic and international vendorsFamiliarity of engineering drawings, electrical schematics, technical specifications to ensure compliance with components deliveredDon't meet every single requirement?
