    To assist our associates on the path to becoming a U.S. citizen, Brookdale proposes to cover fees for naturalization (Form N-400) application costs, up to $725, minus applicable taxes and withholding, for eligible associates who have completed at least one year with us.

    Responsibilities

    • Our Certified Nursing Assistant – CNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant-STNA in Ohio) collaborate with community management to offer seniors personalized care, and provide resident status updates at the start and end of each shift.
    • Nursing assistants check on residents, aid with dining and personal care needs, and conduct vital sign checks and clinical procedures following community protocol.
    • Offer help with daily activities (showers, bathroom assistance, dressing/grooming)
    • Successful completion of State CNA/STNA course is mandatory. Certification maintenance is required.
