The Licensed Practical Nurse LPN is a key member of the interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered acute nursing care to individuals with a variety of medical issues or who are preparing for or recovering from surgery.Responsibilities
- Organizes prioritizes and cares for groups of patients under the direction of the Registered Nurse.
- Establish effective relationships with the patient/ family to facilitate the development a patient centered care plan unique to the individuals care needs.
