    Account Management

    You will be based in our Richmond, Virginia office, focusing on getting new customers onboard and taking care of existing ones.

    You'll be supported by Inside Sales and Technical Support to manage the whole sales process.

    Travel may be required depending on business needs, as our customers and business partners are both local and global.

    Key Responsibilities

    You will:

    • Establish yourself as the go-to person for new and existing customers by implementing a communication plan and presenting our solutions to key stakeholders.
    • Understand customer challenges and provide answers based on your knowledge of our offerings.
    • Manage the sales process from beginning to end, including onboarding, after-sales customer management, and more.

    Solution Selling

    You're responsible for the entire sales cycle, from understanding customer requirements to creating quotes and closing sales orders.

    You must be able to 'own' the whole sales cycle and work it from start to finish.

    New Business Development

    Develop new opportunities from new leads, either through your own network, referrals, or marketing efforts.

    You should be able to get new customers excited about our services, educate them on our products, and turn them into long-term satisfied customers.

    Excellent Collaborator

    You will work closely with our Global Head of Sales, Product, Procurement Manager, Sales Coordinator, Finance, and third-party business partners.

    This will equip you to meet customers and present technical product information and presales briefings.

    We're Looking For

    If you have:

    • A customer-centric and sales-driven approach.
    • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
    • At least 3 years of sales experience.
    • A bachelor's degree.
    • Familiarity with the IT/Telecom sector (services and IP networking are a plus).
