Patent Attorney – Boise - Hawley Troxell

Description

Hawley Troxell is seeking an attorney, with 3 plus years of experience, to join its Patent practice group in the Boise office.

An existing partial or full client portfolio is preferred. Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or mechanical backgrounds required. Law Firm experience prosecuting patents preferred, experience drafting software and machine learning patent applications a plus.

Work in a small, collaborative department supported by large law firm resources. Client base is diverse and includes very large high-tech companies to small start-ups. Job will include direct client interaction and management.
