- Provides leadership, direction, and support for General Managers
- Conducts performance assessments and makes recommendations
- Ensures operations meet company service and standard levels
- Reviews Human Resource procedures and provides guidance
- Oversees interviewing and hiring process
- Observes daily operations to ensure compliance with regulations and policies
- Promotes positive employee morale and interaction
- Evaluates Customer Service and Line Operations
- Reviews training records to ensure compliance with company policies
- Supports General Managers in improving business operations
- Reviews property rent roll and fuel inventory control measures
- Inspects Fuel Quality Control, Fleet Maintenance procedures, and FBO facilities
- Leads new business development efforts

- 10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE related to general aviation management
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check following FAA and DOT guidelines
- Applicant must demonstrate core competencies in entrepreneurship, change leadership, negotiation, and influence
- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be fluent in English, bi-lingual ability preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and web-based applications
- Must possess a valid driver's license and pass airport security badge background checks
