    The Production Supervisor, overseeing the shipping, receiving, paint and assembly departments, plays a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility.

    This position requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for driving efficiency and productivity.

    PRIMARY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITYLead, motivate, and supervise production team members to ensure they are performing at their best.
    Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure adherence to safety procedures, quality standards, and production goals.
    Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement.


    Production Management:
    Oversee the production schedule to ensure timely completion of orders while maintaining high quality standards.
    Monitor production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.

    Coordinate with other departments, such as fabrication, rebuild, and customer service, to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues that may arise.


    Quality Assurance:
    Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations.
    Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify defects, troubleshoot problems, and implement corrective actions.
    Work closely with the quality assurance team to address any quality-related issues and continuously improve processes.


    Safety Compliance:
    Enforce safety regulations and protocols to create a safe working environment for all employees.
    Conduct safety training sessions and promote awareness of safety practices.
    Investigate accidents or incidents and implement preventive measures to avoid future occurrences.


    Reporting and Documentation:
    Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production output, downtime, and inventory levels.
    Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    Communicate production updates, issues, and recommendations to management in a clear and timely manner.
    Required QualificationsStrong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
    In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control procedures, and safety regulations.
    Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
    Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    EXPERIENCEProven experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
