    Job Description:
    The Quality Manager will report directly to the VP of Operations.

    In this role, you will oversee all aspects of quality directly or in a supervisory capacity for our global team.

    You will have ownership and oversight of the safety program, quality management system, quality control, supplier quality, continuous improvement, non-conformances, and quality audits (internal and external).

    You will collaborate closely with leaders throughout the business to understand critical quality issues and work to quickly resolve those issues.

    To succeed in this role, you will utilize both your technical and quality management expertise to solve some of our most challenging business priorities.

    You will be a leader, strong team player, and actively run to problems to solve both customer and business challenges.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities –


    Quality Manager :
    Be the subject matter expert for related quality systems, internal processes, validation methodology to apply continuous improvements with the goal of increasing quality, efficiency, and throughput, as well as reducing cost
    Manage, create, and implement a global Quality Management System
    Communicate with external quality assurance partners (customers and 3 rd

    parties) and maintain successful 3 rd

    party audits.
    Maintain Quality Management System/Standards
    Manage non-conformances (both Quality and Safety) and the closure of CA/PA's
    Develop business level procedures and maintain the business continuity plan
    Regularly collect, analyze and report quality data and suggest actions to leadership
    Ensure production and development conforms to current statutory and regulatory requirements
    Intimate knowledge of ISO9001 and the certification process
    Solid understanding of Industrial OEM processes
    Works well in teams, including a sense of urgency and commitment to deadlines.
    Passion for continuous improvement and internal and external customer satisfaction
    Self-motivated individual who uses data and critical thinking to make decisions.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Position Requirements:
    BS degree (preferably in STEM field)
    >5 years of demonstrated experience in a Quality or related role
    >2 years of direct supervisory experience

    Desired Competencies:
    Strong understanding of OSHA guidelines and reporting
    Certified in Lean, Six Sigma, or RCA methodologies
    Experience with operations and manufacturing processes
    Experience with Pressure Equipment Directive (PED)
    >2 Years of experience in Ex Compliance (ISO/IEC and regulations

    Compensation:
    Base salary $105,000 - $125,000, DOE
