    Job Title: Office of Global Engineering Leadership Administrative Coordinator

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engineering Student Org & Experiential Programs (65%):
      • Manage financial processes for student organizations, including MESO grants, Giving Day donations, and procurement.
      • Lead the travel coordination process for student organizations and experiential programs.
    • General Administrative Operations (15%)

      1. Communications:
        • Manage the weekly Engineering FYI student newsletter.
        • Serve as primary point of contact for shared office email accounts.,
