- Take charge of leading the research, development and implementation of perception, sensor fusion, mapping, and localization algorithms for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and Automated Driving (AD) technologies.
- Work closely with teams in controls, integration, and data science to devise driving solutions within a comprehensive end-to-end framework.
- Evaluate customer/business needs, shape feature requirements, design system architectures, algorithms, and software.
- Create requirements and verification strategies for simulation, HIL, and in-vehicle testing, as well as calibration of developed algorithms.
- Assist in integrating control algorithms into rapid prototyping and embedded systems, and conduct validation of the algorithms for release.
- Plan and execute technical projects within defined timelines and sustain cutting-edge knowledge in the field.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Electrical/Electronic/Industrial/Systems Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in the field of autonomous driving or ADAS systems.
- Experience with CAN and CAN analysis tools (CANalyzer, CANape, CANoe, etc.).
- Experience with MATLAB and Simulink.
- Understanding of automotive functional safety concepts, ISO 26262, V model for automotive software development, agile methodology and version control software such as GIT.
