    Senior Security Engineer

    Join our family-friendly, fast growing company as a Senior Security Engineer. We prioritize creating a supportive environment where you'll have the opportunity to design, implement, manage, and monitor security measures to protect our computer systems, networks, and data.

    Your Impact and Responsibilities to the organization:

    1. Design and implement security systems, such as firewalls, email protection, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and encryption protocols.
    2. Evaluate and recommend new security technologies and methodologies to enhance our security posture.
    3. Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests to address security vulnerabilities.
    4. Collaborate with development and IT teams to remediate vulnerabilities and integrate into a Dev/Sec/Ops process.
    5. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., NIST, PCI) and provide security training for employees.
    6. Coordinate with SOC to monitor security logs and investigate security incidents, preparing and presenting security reports to management.

    We can get you an interview if you have:

    1. 8+ years of progressive experience in IT security compliance, administration, and/or operations.
    2. Industry-standard certification in information security (CISSP, CISM, GIAC, etc.).
    3. Experience with scripting and programming technologies.
    4. Familiarity with AWS, application security, and secure software development practices.
    5. Engineering experience with SIEM, Web Filtering, Web Application Firewalls, Network Firewalls, EDR/XDR.
    6. Knowledgeable about industry security standards, compliance, and best practices.
    7. Advanced understanding of IT security frameworks, processes, audit preparedness, and remediation.
