    We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Haven Homes, a premier 149-unit independent living, assisted living, TCU and long-term care senior health & living campus. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing routine daily nursing care and services to our residents following guidelines and regulations.

    About the Role

    As a CNA at our 4-star rated campus, you will work closely with other CNAs and Nurses to provide high-quality care to our residents in long-term care, rehab, and memory care settings. We offer flexible scheduling options, including Full-Time (Day) positions working every other weekend and Part-Time (Night) positions also working every other weekend.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, and vital sign monitoring.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
    • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
