- Operates 6 single adult shelters, 6 family shelters, and a drop-in center
- Provides a supportive, structured, and drug-free environment for homeless individuals
- Offers comprehensive services to aid in transitioning to permanent housing
- Reports To: Shift Supervisor
- Location: Atlantic House Men's Shelter, Brooklyn, NY
- Maintain professional relationships and client confidentiality
- Inform clients of facility changes
- Conduct resident bed-checks
- Intervene in inappropriate client interactions
- Report changes in client behavior
- Ensure clients receive necessary products
- Manage laundry facilities
- Prepare living quarters and assist in meal preparation
- Escort clients to appointments
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of Department of Health Food Protection course
