    Job Summary

    We are seeking a skilled Guitar Repair Technician to join our team. As a key member of our repair department, you will provide expert maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

    About the Role

    • Interact with customers to understand their needs and deliver top-notch service.
    • Service customer-owned instruments with precision and craftsmanship.
    • Maintain store-owned gear as requested.
    • Complete warranty repair work efficiently.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
