Job Description

The Retail Sales Associate creates a party-like atmosphere where customers feel like invited guests. This position fosters genuine customer relationships, resulting in Raving Fans who connect with Rally House stores and people. Responsibilities include hosting the Rally house party by maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, merchandising products in a visually appealing way, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Communication: Effectively interact with Guests, Members of Management, and Store Associates.
Merchandising: Uphold company standards for merchandising presentation.
Sales: Generate sales, add-ons, and develop relationships with Guests.
Customer Service: Prioritize Guest satisfaction.
Accuracy: Ensure accuracy and comfort with cash handling/ringing.

Physical Requirements

Compensation

$13.50 - $15.50 per hour.
