Job summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Operations Supervisor Trainee to join our team at Sims Metal. As part of our one-year paid program, you will receive field-based training and shadow seasoned experts from various departments. Upon completion of the program, you will be considered for a full-time role on the Sims Metal Operations team.As an Operations Supervisor Trainee, your responsibilities include supervising production team members, promoting good employee relations, maintaining production within authorized levels,
and participating in conducting job hazard analyses. You will also be responsible for communicating policies and regulations to subordinate personnel.
Cultivating talented professionals with more than 25 locations in the United States is essential to our continued growth and success.
