    We are looking for an electrical engineering with a passion for technology and engineering.

    If you spend your spare time reading about the latest technology, designing electrical circuits, building computers, or performing home automation and wiring, this opportunity may be for you The ideal candidate will have a basic knowledge of electrical power distribution to support or lead system design projects and studies.

    In the engineering role, you will provide engineering support to identify and develop electrical designs and power system studies that enhance the productivity, cost, and safety of our customers' operations.


    Responsibilities:
    The successful candidate will have the opportunity to mentor under highly skilled and licensed Professional Engineers to perform the following:

    • Assist in completing power systems studies, including short circuit, arc flash analysis, protective device coordination, grounding, power quality, and energy savings projects.
    • Provide support for power systems engineering design, including control system design, protective device programming, and field data collection.
    • Document electrical systems (e.g., prepare single
    • line diagrams, create electrical control schematics, and compile equipment ratings and settings).
    • Provide support for new construction and retrofit electrical system design projects.
    • Assist with new
    • project cost estimation and proposal preparation.
    • Assist with project planning, coordination, and supervision.
    • Provide testing and data collection support for new project development. This includes problem solving power system failures and new system design.
    Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

    Qualifications:

    • Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology Degree
    • Basic project management abilities
    • Basic knowledge of industrial power distribution
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
    • Passion for technology and innovation
    • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, CAD)
    • AutoCAD skills preferred
    • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Working knowledge of electrical control systems
    • Knowledge of protective devices (fuses, circuit breakers, relays)
    • Knowledge of industrial safety practices
    • Basic electrical control system design
