Job Description
We are seeking a Client Service Associate to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys working with clients, managing communication, and ensuring a seamless service experience. As a key point of contact, you will represent Beloform Craft with clarity, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and requests with professionalism
- Maintain clear and consistent communication to ensure client satisfaction
- Coordinate internally to support client needs and service delivery
- Assist with documentation, scheduling, and follow-up communications
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Support day-to-day client service operations and administrative tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor with a client-focused approach
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer and office tools
