    Description
    The Demand Planning Reporting Analyst operates as a highly visible supply chain role, exercising hands-on coordination of supply and demand forecasts to meet customer and company objectives. Collaboration with Customers (wireless carriers), Account Management, Actuary, Supply Chain and Logistics Operations are paramount to successful execution of Demand Planning Report Analyst duties. The Demand Planning Report Analyst will exercise best in class, available methodologies for developing, maintaining, and executing strategic demand plans, providing visibility to both senior leaders as well as supply chain operators.

    This is an onsite role in our Lewisville TX office.

    What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
    • Work in a team that is constantly creating and consolidating demand plans at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time periods, across multiple programs and facilities
    • Interact with multiple departments, including, but not limited to: Sales, Operational Managers, Production, Customer Service, Finance and Logistics to optimize inventory allocation and escalate forecast changes/variances which may pose an inventory/business risk
    • Develop and maintain automated reporting solutions that Measure established key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations/alternative courses of action to improve performance
    • Coordinate with business analytics to maintain accurate and organized data that can be easily consumed by end users
    • Troubleshoot system/process issues and/or problems with limited direction
    • Closely coordinate activities with internal cross functional teams in order to optimize asset value across various disposition programs
    • Support the implementation of company programs and software solutions to ensure the success of Assurant Wireless
    What are the requirements needed for this position?
    • Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of 3+ years' experience in a related field
    • Must have knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, Tableau, SQL for writing queries for extracting information out of databases
    • Skills, interest, and curiosity to derive insight from large amounts of data from diverse sources
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively perform system support duties
    • Ability to quickly learn new applications and equipment
    • Ability to process time sensitive data and information from multiple sources, make decisions and communicate actions
    • Ability to prioritize, organize, and work independently, or as part of a project team, to complete multiple tasks
    • Requires the ability to perform detailed work
    • Requires strong interpersonal skills
    • Working knowledge of wireless handsets
    • Able to identify potential process and workflow improvements

    Pay Range:
    $53, $89,900.00

    Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
