    What You Will Do:
    Coordinate and monitor all aspects of strategic planning and communication activities. Plan and document the Program's strategic and long-range goals and advise on strategic messaging and communications. Conduct outreach sessions with Biometrics and Forensics stakeholders. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in support of strategic communications.

    Monitor and analyze industry trends and market changes that would affect the PM's mission and provide insight into significant organizational changes.


    What You Need Skills:

    Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of relevant experience in strategic planning to include experience with DoD Acquisition programs and Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) processes and DoD long range planning.

    Must demonstrate strong communication capabilities in all areas to include oral and written formats.
    Candidates MUST hold an Active DoD Secret Clearance DAWIA Practitioner Level in Program Management is desired.
