Job summary
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate AmeriCorps Member to join our team at Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program (BHCHP). The successful candidate will work directly with patients in our outpatient and shelter-based clinics, as well as our 24-hour medical respite facility.Responsibilities
- Assist patients navigating the complexities of the health care and social service system;
- Increase patients' access to care;
- Provide translation services and health education.
