    About the Role

    We are seeking a meticulous and diligent individual to join our team as a Business System Strategist. Reporting directly to our Manager of Systems Strategy and Vendor Management, this pivotal role is responsible for the documentation and management of our tech stack, with particular attention to return on investment & other key performance metrics, feature and roadmap documentation, KPI monitoring, and license spend optimization. This role will collaborate with the other Strategists to ensure a well-rounded end to end technology strategy.

    Areas of responsibility include:

  • Lead in documenting both current and future state roadmaps.
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics and benchmarks to gauge the effectiveness and efficiency of our tooling.
  • Supervise important system metrics and provide regular reports and analysis to executive Workmates and vendors.
  • Gather feedback from end users regarding real world utilization and efficiency, identifying and suggesting improvements as needed.
  • Lead all aspects of the procurement process for tooling requests, from submission, to security reviews and final approval and signing.
  • Proactively find opportunities to optimize sales productivity to increase return on investment.
  • Work closely with other Strategists to help continuously craft and refine the future Revenue Operations technology roadmap.

    Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in business system management or a related role.
  • Other Qualifications

  • Experience in proactive cost optimization initiatives.
  • Knowledge of revenue operations or sales enablement concepts is a plus.
  • Highly organized and thorough, with a passion for meticulously documenting and understanding technical systems.
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and can optimally translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proactive and resourceful, always seeking opportunities to improve processes and optimize resources.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Experience with license management tools and software.
  • Familiarity with performance metrics and monitoring methodologies.
  • Consistent record working with sophisticated technical systems and processes.

    The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
