    Compensation Max:
    $65.00/hr - based on experience

    Hybrid Role
    We are looking for a self-starting team mate to join the Global Labelling Innovation & Transformation team.

    This position entails combining solid Project Management practices/capabilities with Agile best practices to ensure effective and efficient deployment and completion of key projects.

    Core responsibilities will include, but are not restricted to:


    • Develop and manage end-to-end detailed project plans ensuring projects are delivered on strict deadlines, within scope and clear delivered impact.
    • Define project scopes, objectives and deliverables involving key stakeholders from diverse cross-functional teams.
    • Proactively coordinate cross-functional teams, develop, direct, monitor and drive progress of projects by managing the plan and resources.
    • Lead defined and impactful meetings with clear objectives, outcomes and assigned tasks.
    • Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders about project status, risks and changes.
    • Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans.
    • Build and leverage strong business relationships with project sponsor and subject matter expertise in the business domain they are operating in and the systems/solutions they are supporting.
    • Lead and/or provide support for business case preparation, execution, and presentation for project approval.
    • Identify and supervise critical path activities and solve problems or raise them to immediate supervisor as needed.
    • Ensure proper governance is in place throughout all phases of the project management lifecycle to best meet project objectives.
    • Understand emerging technologies related to process efficiencies (i.e., Generative AI, Power BI capabilities etc.)
    • Lead solution seeking workshops to initiate, align and/or drive project forward to optimal outcome.
    • Digest complex processes and or analytical information into summarized, succinct, clear and impactful presentations
    • Visually map new and changing processes as it pertains to projects with appropriate (i.e., Microsoft Visio etc.)
    • Provide project status/progress updates to GLAB Leadership Team, and other forums where applicable.
    About you

    Qualifications


    • 3-6 years of Project Management experience in Pharmaceutical or Digital/Tech space
    • Bachelors degree in science or related field
    • Firm understanding of the regulatory environment, drug research & development an asset
    • PMP certification an asset, or formal Project Management Training
    • Passion for technology, digital, generative AI and complex process mapping & optimization an asset

    Technical skills:

    • Experience in utilizing digital tools and technology including: Power BI, Power Automate (or equivalent) to produce data/analytics to drive project decisions an asset
    • Working experience with Vault RIM and other applicable internal tools an asset
    • Advanced knowledge or Microsoft PowerPoint
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Visio
    • Experience in Microsoft Project or equivalent tools
    • Experience in Generative AI conceptualization and projects

    Languages:
    Strong communication and presentation skills in English both written and verbal

    Pay Details: $60.00 to $65.00 per hour
