Job Summary:
At Rembrandt Foods you will work in a fast-paced egg processing environment.

As a key member of the operations management team the Operations Supervisor Trainee will gain exposure to all facets of egg processing:
Operations, Engineering/Maintenance, Accounting, Safety, Human Resources, Accounting and Sales. The intent of this position is to train to you to become a shift supervisor within 6-12 months. Operations Supervisor trainees may work varying hours and shifts as we are a 24/7 operation. This position is located in Rembrandt, Iowa.


Duties and Responsibilities:
Shadows supervisors and employees to learn all areas of the processing facilityLeads projects as assignedCollaborates across functionsEstablishes measurable criteria to ensure desired results are obtained and provides management with updates via tracking reports reflective of Key Performance Indicators in line with set priorities and timing targetsIdentifies training needs for facilities and assists in the deployment of agreed to training techniques, content, and timingOther duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering, agricultural science, poultry science food science or other related fields with an expected graduation of May 2023 or December 2023Right to work in the U.S.

Must possess a high degree of resourcefulness and be able to work independentlyPreferred Qualifications:
Previous co-op, internship, or related experience in a manufacturing plant environmentOverall GPA of 2.5 or higherBilingual (Spanish
