    Home Infusion Registered Nurse - Laredo, TX

    • Location: Laredo, TX 78045
    • Salary: $40-50/hr

    Transform Home Healthcare in Laredo: We're looking for a dedicated Home Infusion Nurse to provide outstanding in-home care to patients in Laredo. If you have a knack for infusion therapy and a compassionate approach to patient care, we want you on our team.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Administer IV infusions at patients' homes, ensuring safe and effective treatment.
    • Monitor patients' responses to therapy and adjust care plans as needed.
    • Maintain accurate and comprehensive treatment records in our EMR system.
    • Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver integrated patient care.
    • Manage and maintain infusion equipment, adhering to the highest standards of healthcare.

    Qualifications:

    • Nursing degree with significant experience as an RN
    • Active RN license in Texas.
    • Current CPR/BLS certification.
    • Willingness to travel within the Laredo area.
    • Proficient in using healthcare software and EMR systems.
