Minimum Qualifications Current dental hygienist license in Florida and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentationCPR Certification Preferred Experience 2-3 Years of Dental Hygiene experience preferredLocal Anesthesia license requiredExperience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systemsExperience with Dentrix is preferred, but not requiredDesire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental healthClinical needs as required by office
Physical RequirementsAbility to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation.

This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
