    Description
    This office support position is with the premier commercial vehicle upfitter in the PNW

    This is a full-time office position, and the work schedule is Monday through Friday 8AM-4:30PM.


    Qualifications needed:
    Experience with QuickBooks is a must

    Have previous office experience.

    Possess Good verbal, phone and communication skills.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    Have the ability to multi-task.

    Exceptional attention to detail.

    Have the ability to work well independently.

    Positive attitude and friendly to staff/customers

    Flexible with daily tasks

    Responsibilities include but not limited to:
    Data entry

    Answering phones and directing calls

    Billing using QuickBooks

    Creating work orders.

    Entering completed work orders.

    Varied daily tasks.


    WORK ENVIRONMENT:
    Climate controlled open office. Private bathroom for staff, coffee/tea/soft drinks, filtered water dispenser, staff kitchen with fridge, microwave and oven.


    BENEFITS:
    PDX PTO – Accrues in first year, use if needed – 40 hours.


    Company PTO:
    Second calendar year - 80 hours

    Fifth calendar year - 120 hours


    Medical/Dental/insurance:
    premium company paid.

    Paid Holidays: 6 per year.
