    The Inventory and Quality Specialist for Cytiva is responsible to work with our expert Warehouse and Logistics teams across the world and support our commitment to quality that allows us to remain focused on compliance, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement, so that we can deliver for our customers.

    This position is part of the business operations located in Whiteland, Indiana and will be fully remote. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

    What you'll do

    • Lead Logistics & warehouse CAPA investigations together with QA & Supplier quality, manage customer complaint cases, Support internal and customer quality audits.
    • Train & Coach warehouse operations teams on any quality related process changes. Manage the changes to ensure successful deployment of changes with operations. Develop and maintain quality and deviation management processes and Work instructions.
    • Be the focal point of managing customer complaint cases and manage overall warehouse and logistics case management.
    • Recommend improvements to existing processes through Lean / Six Sigma methodology.
    • Manage the inventory process in the warehouse, cycle counting setups, physical inventory, stock scrapping process and other inventory related processes. Report out on and track ageing inventory.

    Who you are

    • 4 year degree in Logistics, Materials or Supply Chain Management OR 3+ years demonstrated experience in warehouse distribution and logistics
    • 1+ years experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or supplier quality environment and in managing inventory related processes like cycle counting, annual physical inventory.
    • Proficient with Excel and other analytical tools.
    • Customer focused person and ability to multitask with effective problem solving and root causing analytical skills.
    • Effective communicator working in a global team environment.

    The salary range for this role is $50,000 - $75,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

    This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
