Part-Time Morning Bi-lingual Receptionist

Part-Time Morning Receptionist for a major Sandy-based law firm. The hours are 8 am-1 pm, Monday - Friday. A Bilingual English/Spanish speaker is required.

Our Receptionists have opportunities for growth within the firm. If interested and you are able to demonstrate qualified skills and aptitude, along with a desire to increase to full-time hours, you may be considered for other available positions.

$16 - $18 hourly

Main responsibilities include:

• Greeting clients and visitors
• Answering and directing incoming calls to the correct person or department
• Receiving, opening, and distributing incoming mail
• Light clerical work

• Must demonstrate good customer service skills
• Exhibit proper phone etiquette
• Show basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office
• Display characteristics of being reliable
