    Minimum Qualifications

    • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
    • Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
    • BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings.
    • Experience working with elderly patients and rehabilitation.
    • Must be licensed as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
