- Lead and manage a team of 17 employees, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive sales and establish win-win partnerships.
- Implement and monitor standards for prompt, professional service both in person and over the phone.
- Collaborate with Outside Sales staff to identify customer needs, develop sales programs, and promote products effectively.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of showroom, warehouse, and exterior, contributing to overall sales goals.
- Resolve customer complaints and disputes in a timely and professional manner, balancing customer requests with business needs.
- Demonstrated customer experience skills.
- Proven people management experience with a track record of effectively leading teams.
- Background in distribution and/or wholesale operations.
- Proficiency in operations and sales, with experience in point of sales and ERP systems.
- Strong inventory control capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Motivated individual eager to grow with the company.
- 5+ years of Operations and Management experience in the Distribution/Wholesale Industry.
