    Role Overview:
    We're seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Community Resilience Outreach Coordinator.

    In this hybrid role, you'll be instrumental in developing and implementing outreach programs, engaging local communities, and raising awareness of our mission.

    This position offers the flexibility of working 5-10 hours per week, with the ability to set your own hours during the business day.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and execute outreach strategies to promote our mission.
    Engage with community groups and partners for collaborations.
    Organize and execute community events and workshops.
    Manage volunteer recruitment and coordination for events.
    Maintain a database of community contacts and manage engagement activities.
    Track and report on outreach strategies' effectiveness.


    Qualifications:
    Experience in community outreach or engagement.
    Strong communication, interpersonal skills.
    Project management abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    Experience with CRM software is a plus.
