Job summary
We are hiring passionate, energetic and dedicated Behavior Technicians who are eager to engage with clients in fun activities apply proactive behavioral strategies and provide much-needed support to families.+
Responsibilities
- Engage Clients in Fun & Meaningful Activities – Play games go for walks do crafts or participate in activities that promote positive interactions and structured engagement.
- Help Prevent Challenging Behaviors Before They Start – Learn and apply proactive behavior strategies or antecedent based intervention to keep sessions fun calm and productive.
- Provide Caregiver Relief & Support – Give parents and caregivers a much-needed break ensuring their loved ones are in safe and caring hands.
- Receive Hands-On Training & Support Work directly with BCBAs and Mid-Level Supervisors who will guide mentor you.
