    The Service Technician Level I
    • Housekeeper maintains the exterior and/or interior physical condition and appearance of the community.
    This position works in accordance with operating and safety standards, ensuring requests and repairs are made in a reliable, timely manner. Anticipates and evaluates potential problems. Assists in maintaining the highest level of attention to the operational needs of the community.

    Essential Functions/ResponsibilitiesMaintain leasing office, model apartments, and amenitiesEnsure cleanliness of the interior and common areas of the community for an orderly and aesthetically pleasing lookContinuously manage grounds, including sidewalks, public walkways, stairways, building exteriors, garden and park areas, to maintain an orderly appearanceCompact and remove trash and debris from community areasRespond to resident requests in a timely manner, delivering excellent customer serviceApply all applicable Mill Creek Residential policies and procedures, such as, but not limited to, company operating and safety standards.

    Promote safe work practices among on-site teamEnsure compliance with all Federal, State and local laws.
