Designing solutions, debugging and writing code in relation to tickets assigned.
Proficient in most aspects of current tech stack of projects they work on.
Developing new features and performing peer reviews on pull requests. Responsible for supporting the software that has been developed and that runs in the production environment.

Understands how to work in an environment with peers, collaborate with other peers and share in the decision making process at the technical (coding) level.

Participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand ups, sprint planning, retrospectives etc.) Predicts the scope, effort of work for projects before they are completed based on the requirements that are given and anticipation of challenges.

Involved in training and staying abreast technologies.

Utilize JIRA and confluence to track progress, status of the tickets and to communicate any issues in relation to the tickets.

Identify the gap and ambiguities which exist in requirements provided and bring them to the attention of the appropriate parties for clarification.

Communicate and collaborate with other teams to ensure successful delivery of features.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a closely related field plus three (3) months of experience in the job offered and three (3) months of experience in the use of software applications such as JIRA.

Coursework in Data Visualization and in Design & Analysis Algorithms are required for the position.
