NewLane Finance is seeking aData Analyst to performa wide variety of data-driven tasks. In this role the individual will also use data analytics, models and reporting to help advance management's ability to improve operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Define, create and deploy reports models and self-service dashboards to effectively measure and evaluate customer and operations performance metrics.
• Working with the Data Ops develop domain knowledge on the Company's data governance environment.
• Work closely with management on key performance areas and the compilation of data, model build and analysis.
• Work closely with management and make recommendations based on objective, interpretative analysis of business data.
  
  

Technical Knowledge:

• Experience with scripting language, preferably python or R
• Knowledge of Tableau
  
  

Qualifications:

• 2–3-year experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau
• Scripting in Python or R
• Excellent organization skills able to multiple tasks and make sure work output is delivered on-time and accurate.
• Effective verbal and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with all levels and business units of the organization.
• Strong interpretive and analytical skills.
  
  

Education And Experience

Required:

• Three to Five years of experience in business intelligence/marketing analytics role
• Bachelor's degree in business data Analytics or similar field.
• Advanced education or certifications are a plus.
