    Dealer Client Experience Manager

    About Origence

    We specialize in SaaS lending solutions that lead the industry, empowering Credit Unions across the United States with accessible, competitive lending services.

    The Dealer Client Experience Manager will enhance business relationships with existing Dealers, maintain and develop new ones, and increase product penetration, product retention, lender penetration, and market share based on management directed business plans and objectives.

    This role is based in the San Diego, CA area and requires up to 80% weekly car travel.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Foster and enhance relationships with Dealers at multiple levels through in-person visits and create an excellent dealer experience with CUDL.
    • Train Dealer personnel on gaining a better understanding of individual lender programs to increase dealer portal usage and greater lender penetrations.
    • Consult with Dealers regarding AutoSMART and Digital Retail marketing products to assist them in better positioning themselves within their market.
    • Encourage a strong partnership between Dealers and Lender clientele.

    Product Development

    • Sell Origence products including CUDL, AutoSMART, Vehicle Inventory Display, DMS, Digital Retail marketing, VERO, GAP, and other dealer-related products to existing Dealers.
    • Identify vehicle dealers changing ownership via buy/sell arrangement and work with both parties to ensure a smooth transition.
    • Achieve business plan goals for all dealer-related Origence products within the assigned dealer region.

    Reporting and Documentation

    • Track client-related activity through Salesforce or other CRM tools and monitor trends affecting the dealer retail market and credit union industry.
    • Report to the Director of Dealer Experience on relative trends.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.
    • Three years successful experience in indirect auto finance or automotive digital retail marketing.
    • Previous Salesforce experience a plus.
    • Specialized problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills in the dealer business model.
    • Excellent internal and external customer service skills.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs and computer skills.
    • Ability to travel and work daily in a vehicle while visiting and servicing Dealer clients.

    The estimated annual salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000, with a total compensation package up to $90,000 - $100,000+ per year, including a company car. Base pay will take into consideration internal equity, candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, and experience among other factors. This position is eligible for an annual bonus to provide an incentive to achieve targeted goals.
