    Job description:

    • Conception and Design of eDrive systems and components
    • Development of mechanical eDrive-architectures consisting of e-machine, reducer, inverter and their interfaces
    • CAD Design in close collaboration with electrical/mechanical/thermal simulation as well as manufacturing and purchasing departments
    • Technical alignment with development partners such as suppliers, unversities and other providers
    • Prototype development and build-up as well as supporting prototype testing and analysis
    • Technical documentation and reviews
    • Technology benchmarking and scouting

    Job requirements:

    • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
    • Several years of experience within the Automotive Development, ideally in electrification / eDrives
    • Knowledge in different mechanical design methods and manufacturing technologies
    • CAD Know-How, preferably in CREO as well as in WISE PDM or SAP
    • Knowledge of the Product Development Process
    • Fluent English language skills written and spoken; German language skills beneficial
    • Confident, yet diplomatic communication skills as well as an open mindset towards innovative and creative approaches
    • High quality approach and analytical, solution-oriented way of working
