- Conduct laboratory research independently, with the oversight of the research faculty.
- Troubleshoot scientific equipment.
- Oversee lab record-keeping, data entry, and database organization and maintenance.
- Participate in the training and supervision of junior level technicians.
- Perform initial data analyses.
- Provide general research support for projects.
- Oversee daily research lab operations.
- Other duties and/or projects as assigned.
- Adheres to HMH Organizational competencies and standards of behavior.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent training.
- Individual must be able to work independently and have a strong work ethic.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
