Job DescriptionWe are owner-operators of multi-family properties throughout the Midwest and are currently seeking an experienced real estate professional to join our team as a Maintenance Technician. This is a full-time position for an Apartment complex in Madison, WI.
Ideal candidates should be hard-working, reliable, honest, and excited to join the team.
Organizational and maintenance skills are required. Candidates must also be self-motivated and be able to take direction well.
Compensation:
-$25-27
Duties:
-Maintain grounds free of trash, leaves, and broken branches.
-Ensure completion of all service requests, work orders, and other tasks as assigned.
Inspect the community on an ongoing basis, recording and correcting deficiencies.
Help conduct ongoing preventative maintenance
Deliver notices to residents
Responsible for being on-call in the event of an emergency
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant maintenance experience
Reliable transportation to get to work
Ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters on a daily basis.
Excellent interpersonal skills and oral presentation skills
-Valid Driver's License with a clean driving history
Background checks will be performed on all qualified applicants.
