    Job Summary The Solution Engineer will be at the forefront of our EHR integration

    initiatives,working

    closely with healthcare clients to understand their workflow, data, and integration needs.

    This role involves designing, implementing, and managing the integration of our software solutions with various EHR systems to improve healthcare delivery and outcomes.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare IT, a deep understanding of EHR systems, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into layman's terms.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with clients to understand their EHR systems, workflows, and data structures.


    Design and implement integration solutions that seamlessly connect our software with client EHR systems using HL7, FHIR, and other relevant standards.

    Conduct requirements gathering, solution design, and workflow mapping to ensure our solutions meet client needs.

    Work closely with the development team to translate client requirements into technical specifications.

    Manage the end-to-end integration process, including testing, deployment, and post-launch support.

    Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams on EHR integration aspects.

    Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and regulations in healthcare IT, EHR systems, and interoperability standards.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.

    Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare IT, with a focus on EHR systems and integration.

    Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, data structures, and standards (HL7, FHIR, etc.).

    Experience with integration engines (e.g., Mirth Connect, Rhapsody) and API development.

    Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.

    Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment


    Preferred Qualifications:
    Experience with specific EHR platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Care Quality).

    Certifications related to healthcare IT (e.g., HL7 FHIR Certification).

    Experience in a client-facing technical role
