    Our mission at Whole Life Balance is to provide a holistic and balanced approach to mental wellbeing. We are looking for heart-centered therapists with a desire to support their clients through their healing process, while also maintaining balance in their own lives. The culture is supportive, collaborative, positive, and focused on enhancing personal skill set.

    We are a growing private practice that puts clients over paperwork, provides flexibility in hours and caseload and allows our clinicians to determine what works best for them. We have an admin staff that takes care of insurance enrollment, billing, scheduling, & payment collection so you can focus on your clients.

    This is a W2 employee position with benefits including paid time off, liability insurance coverage, annual training stipend, monthly health insurance stipend for full time employees (25+ clinical hours per week), and admin pay for paperwork time.

    Responsibilities:

    • Complete intake appointments, establish diagnosis, and develop treatment plans.
    • Provide education and demonstration of effective therapeutic interventions.
    • Complete therapy note for each individual session completed.
    • Willingness to work with kids/teens, as well as adults
    • Identify a space in your home that is private, able to be locked and can allow for uninterrupted therapy sessions.
