Responsibilities

Conduct Operations Assessments in all US stores Measure operational performance by evaluating Product Service Image Food Safety Team Member Safety and Technology Innovation Provide hands-on training during the assessment with a positive attitude Evaluate all systems in stores to ensure compliance against DPZ Standards and procedures Evaluate all stores in assigned area multiple times per year to meet team objective Assist team to meet visit goal which may include travel outside of your assigned area Facilitate educational programs on operations evaluation and improvement Partner with FBCs/Franchisees/MCOs and Marketplace Trainers to develop additional targeted training that will improve operations in your assigned area Educate marketplace on current revised standards in a proactive manor Perform calibration visits with the marketplace leaders Assess share best practices Additional Responsibilities Participate in special programs such as Dominos Pizza Prep School Participate inf FBC Franchisee Specialist on-boarding Gather provide specialized data upon request Support the testing rollout of new innovations or product launches Act as resource for information to the marketplace Administrative Maintain consistent direct link to WRC marketplace leaders Franchisees with timely accurate communications Utilize store data provided technology effectively plan store visits Schedule all travel cost-effective manner Utilize available reports data ensure store visits are completed schedule Facilitate participate team individual meetings
