Job summary
The Estimator plays a pivotal role in the customer's experience by ensuring they are working in alignment with all team members in achieving the repair facility's KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Ensure every customer interaction is documented, updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent details
- Provide Customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring that they receive excellent customer service
- Create estimates for customers including communication of needed repairs parts replacement on damage appraisal
