    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets within the assigned region.
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and product development.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Utilize CRM platforms, such as Dynamics, to track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
    • Analyze sales data and generate reports using MS Office and Power BI to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our products and services and expand our market presence.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of successful sales management experience in a similar role.
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Dynamics CRM platform.
    • Experience with other CRM platforms and Power BI is preferred.
    • Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.
